Cable Repair Technician

Job Summary

Position with primary responsibility for repairing, testing audio, video, WiFi cables and devices.

Essential Job Functions

• Terminate connections via soldering.
• Terminate connections via crimp termination.
• Operate cable test equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair company related cables / devices.
• Utilize the company's inventory system.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks appointed by the supervisor.
• Track daily job routings

• Be able to read / translate manufacturing assembly procedures.
• Be able to maintain a work pace set by the supervisor.
• Be able to work independently once a task has been learned.

Basic electronics hand tools, computer, soldering tools, crimp tools, cable testing equipment.
