- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts monthly
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Participate in internal controls and audit preparation
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to leadership as requested
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience a plus
