- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable, focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Double time pay on major holidays
