- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred (training provided)
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to remain focused and dependable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Double time pay on major holidays
