The Avaline at River Oaks, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is seeking a clinically strong and people-focused Director of Wellness (DOW) to lead health services within our senior living community. We prefer an RN; however, qualified LPN candidates with strong leadership experience are encouraged to apply (in accordance with state-specific regulations).

- Lead and shape clinical operations within a supportive senior living environment
- Influence resident outcomes, team development, and quality performance
- Partner with Executive Directors and regional leadership

- Manage medication systems, pharmacy partnerships, and documentation standards
- Support family communication and care conferences
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and quality audits
- Drive a culture of safety, integrity, and clinical excellence
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing (state-specific requirements apply)
- Multi-state experience a plus
- Previous leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical operations
- Experience supervising and coaching clinical team members
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead with accountability and professionalism
