- Student Supervision: Maintain accountability and safety for all athletes during practices, matches, and travel, including locker room monitoring.
- Academic & Compliance Tracking: Monitor the academic performance of team members to ensure they meet local school board and TMSAA eligibility requirements .
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional channels of communication with school administration, the athletic director, parents, and community stakeholders.
