Postsecondary & Career Readiness:

- Provides information on college admissions, scholarships, and financial aid, including the TN Promise
- Coordinates career fairs, college site visits, and visits from admission officers
Social & Emotional Support:
- Delivers individual and group counseling for short-term personal, social, or emotional issues
- Provides crisis intervention and refers students to community behavioral health specialists when necessary

Collaboration & Advocacy:
- Consults with parents, teachers, and administrators to address student needs
