Experienced Bartender

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions swiftly while maintaining accuracy in cash handling, billing, and sales recording.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly; restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations.
• Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing signs of intoxication, and following all alcohol service laws.
• Collaborate with team members during busy hours to ensure efficient service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with catering events or banquet services when required, providing seamless beverage service in various settings.
• Promote a lively atmosphere by engaging guests in conversation while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food safety, food handling, and sanitation standards.

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, restaurant, or fine dining setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing processes, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
• Experience working with banquet or catering services is a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy.
