Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7.75 hours/day, Friday 4 hours -35 hours per week

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent, and an Associates Degree, or 72-hours of college
coursework or Instructional Assistant Certificate (Work Keys, Praxis, Paraeducator
Assessment-title I) are required to perform the responsibilities of the position. - Mandt Relational and Technical Skills Training (in-district training) within 6 months of
employment. - Participate in and meet expectations of professional development provided the district
for paraprofessionals. - Willingness and capacity to work with students who may be physically impaired, have
learning challenges, including social/emotional lagging skills. - Demonstrate a growth mindset and desire to learn and apply new skills through
professional development, collaboration and working with other dedicated professional
educators. - Must have a positive, student first, ‘can do’ attitude.
- Multi-task effectively while navigating multiple distractions and interruptions throughout
the day. - Set a good example, and be a positive role model appropriate to a school setting.
- Must pass Fingerprint-based Criminal Background check that will be required at
employee’s expense upon offer of employment.
