Clack Corporation, a privately held company, established over 70 years ago is now hiring! We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of water treatment components and drinking water products, as well as specialized in custom blow molding products.
We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Parcel Clerk! The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-3pm.

Summary: Responsible for the accurate and efficient shipping, receiving, inspection, and processing of all incoming and outgoing small packages, parcels, and deliveries.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming small packages, parcels, and courier deliveries against purchase orders.
- Enter all receipt information into the computer system accurately.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing items immediately.
- Organize and facilitate timely delivery to appropriate person or department.
- Put labels and tags on packages as needed.
- Utilize scanners and pick lists to pull the correct parts from inventory.
- Prepare and pack outgoing items according to carrier standards (UPS, FedEx., DHL).
- Create shipping labels and necessary paperwork using shipping software.
- Perform audit of all part numbers and quantities before any order leaves the building.
- Ensure all shipments meet the weight, size, and labeling rules for each carrier.
- Meet or exceed daily shipping goals to ensure orders go out on time.
- Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move materials.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- Report any variance found.
- Handle requests for outgoing shipments for our internal departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs. infrequently.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Constant mobility is required to cover and traverse all areas of warehouse/facilities.
- Full knowledge of product and part numbers.
- Self-starter.
- Ability to work within changing temperature conditions.
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in general computer operations and typing skills.
- Ability to navigate and manage UPS and Fed Ex shipping software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with other departments.
