Centerline Architectural Solutions is looking for a dependable, hardworking Material Handler / Production Specialist to join our growing production team. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, operating equipment, and being part of a team that creates high-quality architectural building products, we'd love to hear from you.
No two days are exactly the same. You'll split your time between warehouse operations and production, helping ensure materials move efficiently from receiving to fabrication and ultimately to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
- Pull and stage materials for production
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Assist with fabrication including cutting, drilling, assembly, and packaging
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain warehouse organization
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Help maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Communicate production or equipment issues to supervisors
What We're Looking For
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or fabrication experience is preferred but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to read a tape measure and use hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Fast-paced manufacturing and fabrication environment
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Current production hours: Mon-Thurs 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Fri: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (subject to change based on production needs)
- Onsite position (not remote)
