This is a remote position.
Job Scope and Responsibilities
The project is a 1-year deployment of a system that includes a combination of on-site hardware and cloud-hosted systems that support traveler information and travel events being managed sent to the public (via phone, web, apps, email/text).

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are MANDATORY:
- Ten (10) years of professional project management experience.
- Five (5) years of experience in intelligent transportation systems;
- Experience presenting information to technical and non‐technical audiences;
- Must have PMP certification
- Project Manager is expected to directly produce or oversee/facilitate the following deliverables:
- Gap analysis
- Meetings/agendas (bi-weekly)
- Project operational plan
- Cutover plan
- Data conversion plan
- Design specification document
- Requirements traceability matrix
- Manual and automated testing plans, including:
- Performance testing plan
- Test scenarios
- Test results
- Onsite training (Baton Rouge), including training plan and materials
- Experience identifying and managing risks and issues associated with projects;
- Experience analyzing project performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Experience establishing and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
The primary work location will be: Hybrid - either working with the client in Baton Rouge or working with us remotely.
Salary : $46 - $74
