️ What You'll Be Doing
You'll own the mechanical health of our sewing floor, working on:
- Industrial sewing machines (multiple stitch types), quilting machines, and tape edge machines
- Setup, repair & programming of automated equipment
- Diagnostics & troubleshooting — find the problem, fix it fast, keep production moving
- Preventative maintenance — lubricating, cleaning, and inspecting machinery before issues arise
- Component assembly — putting machines and mechanical systems together to spec
- Advising operators on correct machine use and care
- Logging your work and reporting issues to keep the team informed
✅ What We're Looking For
- 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial sewing machines (this is a must)
- Strong mechanical instincts and ability to diagnose and resolve problems independently
- Experience with automated machine programming is a big plus
- A sharp, critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Someone who shows up — reliable attendance is essential
- High school diploma or equivalent
