If you're the technician everyone calls when the line goes down — we want to talk to you.We’re looking for a high-level Electromechanical Maintenance Technician who can diagnose problems fast, fix them right, and keep production running.This is not a “parts changer” role. We need someone who understands automation, electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and high-speed manufacturing lines.If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with advanced equipment, and being trusted to make decisions, this is the role for you.What You’ll Be Responsible For• Troubleshooting PLC-controlled production equipment• Diagnosing and repairing motors, VFDs, servos, sensors, and electrical systems• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and ladder logic• Performing preventative and predictive maintenance to prevent downtime• Troubleshooting high-speed production lines including conveyors, fillers, pumps, and case packers• Identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing permanent fixes• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and efficiency• Assisting production teams with technical guidance and equipment trainingWhat Makes You a Strong Fit• 3 years of electrical or electromechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing• Strong troubleshooting ability with PLC-controlled equipment• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic• Experience with VFDs, motors, relays, sensors, and automation systems• Skilled with voltmeter, megger, and diagnostic tools• Comfortable troubleshooting high-speed automated equipmentBonus Skills That Will Put You at the Top(Not required but highly valued)• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC systems• Ability to modify or write ladder logic• Experience with HMI programming or modifications• Background in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing (GMP environments)• Experience using advanced diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes or data loggersWhat We Look for in Our TechniciansOur best technicians are:✔ Naturally curious and always looking for the root cause✔ Confident troubleshooting complex equipment✔ Comfortable working independently and making decisions✔ Focused on fixing problems permanently — not temporarilyPhysical Requirements• Ability to stand for extended shifts (8–12 hours)• Lift up to 50 lbs when required• Ability to climb, crouch, bend, and work around production equipmentWork EnvironmentManufacturing environment with exposure to heat, humidity, and moderate noise levels.
