Demolition Crane Operator
At CL Construction, we're looking for an experienced Certified Crane Operator to join our demolition team. This position plays a key role in safely and efficiently executing structural demolition projects across the region.

Based in Lincoln, NE. Travel Required.
What You'll Do
- Operate cranes to safely demolish structures in a controlled and efficient manner.
- Use crane operation skills to lift, move, and manage large materials, equipment, and demolition debris.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and safety checks on crane equipment.
- Collaborate with demolition crews to maintain jobsite safety and meet project schedules.
- Handle materials with precision to minimize hazards and protect surrounding structures.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate demolition activities.
- Assist with other heavy equipment operation and jobsite duties as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of crane operating experience, preferably in a demolition, construction, or heavy industrial environment.
- Current NCCCO Crane Operator Certification (or equivalent) required.
- Previous structural demolition experience required; experience on commercial and industrial demolition projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of crane operations, rigging practices, load charts, and site safety regulations.
- Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in demanding conditions, including lifting, climbing, and working in varying weather conditions.
- Proven commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
