What You’ll Do
- Lead planning and execution of commercial and agricultural construction projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to define scope, set schedules, and manage budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring clear communication, trust, and satisfaction.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of work.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment resources to keep projects efficient and cost-effective.
- Conduct regular site visits to review progress, confirm quality standards, and address potential issues.
- Track and manage project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or agricultural construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams in a general contractor environment.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
