Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Math Tutor to join our team of dedicated educators. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mathematics and a passion for helping middle and high school students excel in courses such as Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and/or Precalculus.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engaging and effective instruction in math subjects for middle and high school students.
• Help students build a strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills across various math topics.
• Prepare students for quizzes, exams, and standardized tests through guided practice and review.
• Adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of individual students.
• Communicate clearly with students, parents, and academy staff regarding student progress and learning goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience in middle or high school math (including Algebra through Precalculus) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and/or Precalculus curriculum.
• Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for helping students gain confidence and mastery in math.
