· In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
· You’ll work closely with management and have the support of the entire organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with a sophisticated team that is built to support sales
- Present and promote services to clients with the support of expert staff if needed
- Close deals and hand off the construction team to execute
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- A passion for sales and connecting with people
- Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Previous sales experience (bonus points for Construction Industry and Concrete/Masonry/Framing expertise)
