What You’ll Do
As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be a key member of our team, providing high-level operational and administrative support to our financial advisors and clients. You’ll help ensure that each client interaction reflects our commitment to accuracy, integrity, and exceptional service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive service assistance to a Financial Advisor (FA) or team, including:
- Assisting Financial Advisors in building and strengthening both new and existing client relationships.
- Processing FA-initiated money movement transactions.
- Responding to general, non-investment inquiries related to client accounts, such as providing account balances, beneficiaries, etc.
- Inputting or pre-populating client profile data and account forms in a clerical capacity, as directed by the client or Financial Advisor.
- Guiding clients through the use or enrollment process for digital tools (e.g., Client Access, DocuSign).
- Supporting client onboarding and account maintenance by gathering required information and documentation as instructed by the client or Financial Advisor.
- Entering unsolicited orders or processing solicited orders in a clerical capacity at the direction of the Financial Advisor.
- Assisting the Financial Advisor/team in executing their business strategies and client service objectives.
- Staying informed and up to date on all relevant policies, procedures, and new technology platforms.
- Help coordinate quarterly & annual meetings for clients, including preparing meeting materials and manage invoicing.
- Assist in preparation of letters, forms, and spreadsheets to assist with servicing existing clients.
Knowledge & Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on exceptional client service
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree preferred
- Two or more years of financial industry experience preferred
- Full time in office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- $50,000-$60,000
