We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused dishwaher to join our warehouse operations team. 

What You'll Do

• Load and unload dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment from commercial dishwashing machines.
• Wash large pots, pans, and kitchen equipment by hand when necessary.
• Ensure all dishes, cookware, and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their designated locations.
• Clean and maintain sinks, dishwashing equipment, and workstations.
• Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance of dishwashing equipment, including weekly deliming procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dish room and designated kitchen areas.
• Clean countertops, floors, walls, mats, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Sweep and mop kitchen areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Empty trash and properly dispose of garbage and grease.
• Ensure dish carts and storage areas remain clean and organized.

• Restock cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials as needed.
• Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Assist with organizing and storing supplies in designated areas.

• Support cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, equipment concerns, and repair needs promptly.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Immediately communicate health or safety concerns to management.
• Assist with additional kitchen and cleaning responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous dishwashing, janitorial, food service, or kitchen experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.

• Fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
• Regular exposure to hot water, steam, and kitchen equipment.
• Moderate noise levels throughout the workday.
• Frequent interaction with kitchen and food service staff.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent reaching, lifting, bending, and carrying.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in warm and humid kitchen conditions.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift.
