CDL-A Truck Driver

Weekly pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,500 depending on freight flow and experience. Pay is processed weekly on a reliable schedule. The Schedule
This position follows a 12-day operating cycle with 48 hours home every other weekend. Loads are commonly planned in advance, allowing smoother transitions between deliveries and fewer gaps between assignments. That structure helps drivers maintain a more predictable routine from one trip to the next.
Equipment
Assigned tractors are 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth models with automatic transmission, APU, inverter, and refrigerator. Trucks are maintained on a scheduled service program to reduce downtime and keep drivers moving consistently. Drivers may take assigned equipment home during reset when parking is available or return it to the terminal.

Freight moves through multi-state interstate lanes with no-touch dry van loads and regular drop-and-hook opportunities. Long-haul trips averaging 700–750 miles help support dependable weekly mileage. Routing is designed around legal hours, efficient reload timing, and steady freight flow.
Driver Support
Orientation travel, lodging, and meals are provided. Support teams remain available throughout each trip to help keep schedules moving and address issues quickly when needed.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Acceptable safety and driving history
Ability to operate across multiple states and remain DOT compliant
