This position is designed for drivers who prefer consistency over constant change. Freight moves through established Northeast lanes where volume stays steady, allowing drivers to run familiar routes and avoid the unpredictability that comes with constantly shifting dispatch.

Drivers in this role typically earn between $1,250 and $1,450 per week depending on miles and performance, with a $1,200 weekly pay protection available for qualifying weeks. Pay is processed every Friday, and many drivers remain on repeat lanes, helping keep income stable from one week to the next.

The work week is structured to keep drivers moving during the week while still getting home on the weekend. Loads are planned in advance, reducing last-minute changes and allowing drivers to better manage both drive time and home time.

Freight runs throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, and surrounding states. Most loads are dry van with a strong drop-and-hook mix, limiting time spent at docks and helping drivers stay productive throughout their shifts.

Drivers are assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia tractors equipped with automatic transmission, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and double bunk sleepers. Equipment is maintained on a consistent service schedule to minimize downtime and keep trucks operating reliably.

Orientation lasts two to three days with hotel and meals provided. Drivers are paid for orientation and leave with a clear understanding of their routes, dispatcher, and weekly expectations.
