Regional Freight
Drivers operate throughout established regional lanes with freight planned in advance to support consistent weekly movement. Pay & Benefits
Drivers average $1,350–$1,500 weekly based on miles and experience. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. Weekly pay is processed consistently, and drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits after 6 months with the company.
Home Time
Drivers run a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. The scheduling structure supports dependable home time while maintaining consistent regional mileage throughout the month.
