Running Lanes
Freight consists primarily of no-touch dry van loads moving through a network of dedicated customer lanes. Drivers handle a combination of drop-and-hook and live load freight, with the majority of shipments requiring no driver unloading. Schedule & Pay
Drivers operate on a 12-day schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Approved drivers may take their assigned truck home during resets or utilize a company parking location if preferred.
Weekly earnings typically range from $1,300 to $1,450 depending on experience, miles, and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. After six months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
CDL-A Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Safe driving record
Ability to run interstate routes
