2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
Starting at $17.00/hour $0.50 shift differential
Full-time | Occasional overtime as needed

Duties/Responsibilities: 

The following job/task functions have been identified as the core functions of this position.  However, the supervisor or manager may assign additional duties associated with this position.

• Prepare and ship customer samples, components, and finished products using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS

• Verify shipment counts against documentation, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues

• Pack shipments securely to maintain quality and integrity during transit

• Accurately record time, materials, counts, and shipment information in company systems

• Manage and oversee customer inventory and overs, maintaining precise records

• Operate vehicles and equipment safely, assisting with loading and unloading materials

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and report material needs to supervisor

• Support a safe, clean, and organized workspace while assisting colleagues as needed

• Follow safety practices related to lifting, chemical handling, and equipment use

Basic Qualifications:  

• Experience with shipping duties, including packing shipments, verifying against documents, and preparing bills of lading

• Ability to receive materials by unpacking, checking against packing slips, and routing appropriately

• Familiarity with small hand tools, scales, and metering machines

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate documentation

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or shipping role

• Forklift operation experience

Physical Requirements: 

• Physical capabilities to exert between 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently to move materials as needed.
