Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (20–40 hours/week)

CJC Dynamic Solutions is seeking a dedicated, in-office Web Builder specializing in Wix, with secondary WordPress capability. You will work directly with our CEO (Crystal) and Creative Director (Chaney) to turn client briefs and design concepts into clean, fully functional, mobile-responsive websites under fast-paced agency deadlines.

This position is specifically designed for someone who wants to step away from working solo or running an independent freelance venture and instead build a stable, long-term career inside an established agency.

• Site Development & Updates: Build, update, and maintain client websites primarily on Wix, with secondary builds and updates on WordPress.
• Creative Alignment: Partner directly with the Creative Director to execute layouts that match agency quality and visual standards.

• Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify technical constraints early, troubleshoot independently, and ask targeted questions immediately when encountering a blocker.

• Wix Expertise: Demonstrated experience building, editing, and launching complete websites on Wix.
• WordPress Capability: Practical working knowledge of WordPress page builders, basic plugin configuration, and routine troubleshooting.
• Web Fundamentals: Solid understanding of responsive mobile design, basic site performance, and navigation structure.

• Starting Base Range: $22.00 – $25.00 / hour (commensurate with initial Wix build speed and execution capacity), evaluated during a 90-day onboarding period.
• Hourly Growth Potential: Performance-based progression up to $32.00 / hour as build speed, advanced functionality, and direct project ownership increase.
• Salary Option: A transition to a salaried position is not considered upon hire. Salary structure is evaluated only after an employee consistently demonstrates high work ethic, complete accountability, and the proven independence required for that level of autonomy.
