đź“Ť Position OverviewAs a Roll-Off Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering, exchanging, and picking up roll-off dumpsters at residential, commercial, construction, and industrial job sites throughout the Birmingham metro area. You'll also transport debris to local disposal facilities while providing outstanding customer service.
âś… Responsibilities- Safely operate a roll-off truck throughout the Birmingham metro area
- Deliver, exchange, and retrieve 20, 30, and 40-yard roll-off dumpsters
- Secure and tarp loads before transport
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete driver logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent CJ's Ventures with integrity
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Roll-off experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely maneuver in tight residential and commercial job sites
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude
- Experience in waste management, construction, or heavy hauling is a plus
