Key Essential Responsibilities
- Provide timely and error-free inspections, diagnoses, and automotive repairs following established company policy and procedures.
- Complete service inspections supporting customers requested service while clearly documenting the manufacturer specifications/ tolerances, which will support the salesperson in communicating conditions to the customer.
- Communicate technical aspects of repair to customer when asked by salesperson or manager.
- Perform approved vehicle repairs using established company and industry guidelines.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Experience/Education/Other Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years automotive technician experience required
- Have a valid PA inspection and emissions licenses, and Mobile Refrigeration Certification (609c)
- Have a valid drivers’ license, acceptable driving history, and access to reliable transportation
- ASE Certifications preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have your own tools
- Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs. (on occasion weight may exceed 50lbs)
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
