What are the responsibilities and job description for the Install Coordinator position at CJ's Sales and Service of Ocala, Inc.?
We are looking for someone organized, dependable, and able to keep multiple moving parts on track. This position supports generator installation projects by handling permits, paperwork, scheduling support, billing paperwork, and communication between the office, crews, vendors, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle permit applications, submissions, and follow-up
- Coordinate inspections and required paperwork
- Keep project files, trackers, and job records updated
- Prepare start-up packets and project documents
- Assist with scheduling crews, deliveries, and project timelines
- Submit billing paperwork and coordinate with accounting
- Communicate with customers, vendors, municipalities, and internal staff
- Help solve delays or issues by getting the right people involved quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Good communication and follow-up habits
- Comfortable with Excel, Outlook, and office systems
- Construction, service, permitting, or project coordination experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Reliable, steady, and able to work without constant supervision
