About Us

CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is a 100% cash-based clinic in downtown Portsmouth, NH. We help adults 40 stay active, healthy, and mobile without relying on pain pills, injections, or surgery.

Our specialties include:

• Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT/McKenzie Method)
• Pilates-based rehab and movement
• Cutting-edge regenerative technologies like Shockwave Therapy (EPAT/ESWT) and EMTT
   

While experience in any of these areas is a major plus - full training and mentorship are provided in all of our specialties - so you can feel confident building mastery no matter where you’re starting from.

Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat clients using the MDT framework (training provided if new to it)
• Integrate tools like Pilates-based rehab (using the tower, chair, and reformer) - along with regenerative therapies (shockwave EMTT) - to stand out and accelerate results (training provided!)
• Collaborate with the team to support long-term health and mobility goals for our clients - we don’t “discharge” just because the pain is gone - we help patients see things through to their biggest desires
• Participate in fun, meaningful community events and team experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• NH-licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist
• Eager to learn and apply the MDT/McKenzie Method to your evaluation system
• Passionate about client education and movement-based rehab
• Passionate about cutting-edge treatments like regenerative therapy that are helping us stand out from our competition
• Accountable, coachable, and growth-oriented

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $80K - $115K (depending on experience and prior con-ed)
• $250/month toward company-sponsored health insurance
• 50% dental premium paid by employer
• 401(k) with up to 4% company match
• Paid holidays PTO 
• Clinic closed (and paid) between Christmas and New Year’s (in addition to PTO)
