Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
- Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy technicians and support staff.

- Assist with staff scheduling and workflow optimization.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to maintain adequate stock.
Patient Care
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized patient counseling.
- Review and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct medication therapy reviews and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
- Build lasting relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Promote adherence programs and other patient-centered pharmacy services.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee quality assurance processes.
- Uphold company policies and professional standards.
- Manage controlled substance inventories and related documentation.
Business Development
- Support initiatives to grow prescription volume and pharmacy services.
- Identify opportunities for community outreach and patient engagement.
- Collaborate with ownership to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications Required
- Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

- Independent pharmacy experience.
