Are you ready to align customer expectations with operational excellence? We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Shared Services Analyst to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. As a Shared Services Analyst, you are responsible for supporting operational performance through analytics, reporting, and process optimization. You will serve as a "super user" of shared services platforms, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights for decision-making.

- Pay Range: 60-75k
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM (1st shift).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify opportunities to improve service for consignee and customer locations and implement solutions.
- Provide timely reporting on carrier performance, consignee performance, and volume impacts using standard tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert for shared services platforms and respond to customer info requests.
- Use business intelligence to optimize inventory management and align physical, WMS, and customer systems.
- Research overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) to recommend corrective actions.
- Produce operational health analyses and scorecard data for Logistics Centers to provide insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, including product traceability and mock track and trace events.
- Partner with warehouse and customer locations to support volume planning and invoicing.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a logistics analyst role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience working in a centralized environment supporting multiple sites.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bonus points for SQL experience, 3PL background, or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
