Job Title: QC Laboratory Technician (USP & Microbiology) – Dietary Supplements
Miami, FL (CJ Labs Inc.)
About Us:
CJ Labs Inc. is an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified (21 CFR 111) dietary supplement manufacturer specializing in capsules, tablets, powders, and liquids. We are seeking a QC Laboratory Technician with strong experience in USP methods and microbiology to support our growing production and quality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform USP-based testing on raw materials and finished products
- Conduct microbiological analysis (TPC, yeast & mold, pathogens)
- Execute identity testing and routine QC assays per SOPs
- Maintain cGMP-compliant documentation (21 CFR Part 111)
- Prepare lab media, reagents, and maintain lab equipment
- Support COA and SOP generation and data review
- Ensure compliance with GMP and lab safety standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Hands-on USP testing experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong microbiology lab experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience in dietary supplements, pharma, or food manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of cGMP (21 CFR 111) and QC lab operations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
