Job Overview
CJ Global, an electronics company with over 20 years in business, is seeking an experienced candidate that is experienced in accounting and logistics combined. The candidate for this position should be proactive and resourceful as this role requires a strong understanding of logistics and accounting principles to optimize financial processes within a fast-paced logistics environment. In this vital role, you will oversee financial operations related to logistics and supply chain activities.
Typical Job duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial records and preparing financial reports.
- Practical knowledge of payment and record-keeping, maintenance of the books of accounts.
- Communicating with internal departments, customers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
- Using accounting software such as Quickbooks & Odoo Inventory System.
- Tracks expenses related to shipping, warehousing, and inventory, analyzing logistics costs and preparing budgets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; preferred but not required.
- Combined sales and logistics expertise
- Interactive skills and technological qualities
- Professional & Reliable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
