Franchise Development Associate is responsible for discovering future franchisees for Tous les Jours
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promoting business development opportunities
- Contacting potential clients through Cold Calls and emails
- Presenting our brand to potential clients
- Finding and developing new markets and improving brand awareness
- Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Reporting to the Franchise Development Team leader on (Weekly/Monthly) development processes and results
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' relevant work experience in Franchise Development, Operations or similar field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Friendly and personable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
