SUMMARY
JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:
As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will support the Marketing Manager in leading the Deli and Breakfast categories at TOUS les JOURS USA. You will help bring new product concepts to life, execute marketing plans, and oversee key category operations. You will also assist in cross-functional project timelines and support promotional strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly organized, and passionate about the fast casual dining space.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management
- Manage end-to-end category tasks including product planning, development, pricing, and performance tracking
- Assist in go-to-market execution for new product launches, limited-time offers (LTOs), and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to align on product and marketing timelines
- Manage all project documentation, including briefs, schedules, and status reports
- Support the rollout of marketing collateral in line with external agencies, including packaging, social content, and in-store visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency and quality control
Analytics
- Analyze marketing performance and consumer feedback to support data-driven decisions
- Support in analyzing data (e.g. S-Mix, P-Mix) for quarterly deep dives for state of the business reviews with cross functional partners
- Deliver monthly trends and competitive analysis reports leveraging marketing tools such as Technomic, as well as keeping up-to-date on competitive product launches and marketing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 3 years of Marketing experience (QSR experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills; agency management experience a plus
- Experience working with POS or retail data
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
