Job Summary

What you’ll do
- Perform thorough patient assessments to determine dental needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Execute a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics (root canal therapy), and prosthodontics.
- Utilize advanced technology for medical imaging and dental fabrication to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous medical documentation and manage medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide four-handed dentistry that maximizes efficiency during procedures.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care to promote long-term wellness.
Basic qualifications
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices.
- Proficient in using dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for efficient practice management.
- Experience in performing dental extractions and other surgical procedures.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry techniques is a plus.
