What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor/Shop manager position at CJ Auto and truck repair?
Full time position available for an experienced automotive service advisor. We work on most domestic and Asian cars and trucks. We specialize in light/medium duty diesel trucks and fleet vehicles, and ford vehicles.
Must have
Customer relation skills
Able to build an accurate estimate
Work with technicians to verify customer needs are met
Able to schedule jobs according to current shop workload
Quickbooks and Tekmetric Experience a plus.
