Highlights of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position:
- Insulin administration and supervision
- Medication administration and supervision
- Management of medication supply and medication cart
- Obtaining, recording, and reporting vital signs
- Processing medication re-orders
- Dressing, grooming, shower assistance
- Reporting of health status concerns
- Other duties as assigned
What do you need to be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Community?
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- CPR / AED certification
- Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
- Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
