- Innovative Program Development: Craft and execute a diverse schedule of meaningful activities and events that resonate with residents.
- Community Connection: Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and calendars; arrange for community groups to visit.
- Team Empowerment: Educate, train, and inspire team members to foster meaningful connections and a strong community.
- Personalized Touch: Compile biographies on each new resident, ensuring a warm and customized welcome to the Community.
- Event Coordination: Create ambiance by decorating common areas for special events and holidays.

- Certification: Willingness to obtain Company-sponsored Activity Director certification as required.
