RBT/BCAT/Behavior Technician

Some Essential Job Duties

• Manage a caseload of individuals providing comprehensive services, holistic behavioral techniques, and interventions that will improve the individual's adaptive functioning in major life areas
• Provide direct behavioral educational services to individuals using a variety of evidenced-based psycho-educational techniques
• Works with individuals one-on-one or in groups using applied behavior modification techniques
• Records and manages the individual educational and behavioral data and participates in the evaluation, assessing needs, and planning goals for the individuals
  
  

Job Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related Human Service field
• Current RBT certification in good standing or willingness to complete certification training
• Some experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and/or other developmental and intellectual disabilities will be a plus
• Able to drive and have a valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving to the home of clients to provide services if need be
