Camp Direct Care Provider (Entry Level)
Location: Williams, AZ
Pay: $600 - $650 per week free housing utilities more!
About Us:
Join us at Camp Civitan, nestled in the small country town of Williams, AZ (30 miles west of Flagstaff) for a rewarding summer camp experience! We are dedicated to providing enriching experiences for individuals with special needs through summer activities, specialized classes, supervised games, sports, special projects, weekly exploration and so much more!
Are you passionate about making a positive impact and seeking a meaningful summer opportunity? Camp Civitan is looking for Entry Level Direct Care Providers to support our campers in their daily activities.
Camp Civitan is a 10-week summer program; work only desired weeks (subject to availability, minimum of four weeks).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting campers with daily tasks such as eating, toileting, and dressing.
- Completing necessary documentation and reporting any incidents promptly.
- Serving as a positive role model and fostering a supportive atmosphere for campers.
- Communicating and interacting with campers, promoting individual choice and responsibility.
- All camp providers are expected to live at camp when they are scheduled to work.
- Attend staff meetings and complete all training required by the Civitan Foundation.
- We are looking for people to fill the positions during the days and Overnights. Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No prior caregiving experience required; comprehensive training provided.
- Must obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass background check and drug screening.

Location Details:
Please note that the camp will take place at our Camp Civitan location in Williams, AZ. Transportation will be provided from our Phoenix location to Williams for the duration of the camp. As it is a sleep-away camp, no commute is needed; employees will meet at our Phoenix location and be transported to Williams.
