YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility! We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to work with our wonderful staff!
Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages as necessary
Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Send and receive/route incoming faxes
Responsible for outgoing mail and sorting/routing incoming mail
Maintain fax and postage machines
Data entry as assigned, miscellaneous filing
Qualifications:
Prior front desk, administrative, and office experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Solid computer skills
A very positive attitude
