This position requires contributing to the proposal process, partnering with marketing, administrative, and technical staff. Under the supervision of the Proposal Manager[MM1.1], this role will be responsible for day-to-day marketing support through organizing and coordinating activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, qualifications packages, and submittals including DOT and municipal agency prequalifications.

- Contribute to proposal process from opportunity to “win”.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of marketing materials.
- Contribute to the management of pursuit related data within internal CRM databases (VantagePoint).
- Conduct lead finding efforts and lead opportunity management.
- Coordinate, prepare, and support technical and corporate staff on presentations, proposals, and qualifications. This may include:
- Review RFP and RFQ request documents to ensure client requirements are clearly understood.
- Prepare proposal outlines, lead proposal team kickoff meetings, and assign deadlines for document development, reviews, production, and delivery.
- Organize all technical written material supplied by proposal contributors including written content, tables, graphs, images, exhibits, and attachments.
- Ensure responsiveness to RFP/RFQ, thoroughness, accuracy, and quality using a persuasive and active-voice writing style.
- Update marketing collateral as needed.
