CivilSurv Design Group, Inc. (CivilSurv) is seeking an energetic, organized, and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help support our growing team in Lakeland, Florida. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in business, communications, human resources, or a related field. No prior recruiting experience is required – comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full-cycle recruiting for engineering, surveying, and administrative positions.
  • Draft, publish, and maintain job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and records.
  • Conduct outreach to universities, career centers, and local professional groups to build talent pipelines and coordinate recruiting activities.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Represent the company professionally in all candidate communications.
  • Help develop and improve recruiting processes and materials.
  • Represent CivilSurv at technical conferences, career fairs, and industry events to promote our brand and engage with prospective candidates.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Professional and friendly interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn recruiting software, applicant tracking tools, and online sourcing platforms.
  • Willingness to learn about engineering and surveying roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, or other client‑facing roles.
  • Experience working with scheduling tools or professional communication systems.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, really, or other job posting platforms.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
