Job Summary
We are seeking a Solution Consultant and Delivery Leader to support the BTN, Bib Tread Next, domain. You will connect business objectives with technical delivery, coordinating work across Product Owners and BTN technical teams.
You will help teams define the right solution, align priorities and dependencies, monitor delivery progress, and improve predictability. This role requires strong communication, Jira expertise, Agile and Kanban delivery experience, and the ability to use data to resolve delivery issues.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across BTN squads, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and supporting teams.
- Align priorities, capacity, scope, sequencing, ownership, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Identify blocked work, aging items, risks, and dependencies early and drive resolution.
- Ensure teams understand business objectives, user needs, operational impact, expected value, and success measures before development begins.
- Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to maintain accurate Jira data, including ownership, delivery status, dependencies, and business context.
- Use Kanban metrics such as throughput, cycle time, velocity, work-item aging, blocked time, and work in progress to identify bottlenecks and improve forecasting.
- Coordinate releases, migrations, feature rollouts, testing, validation, communications, training, and support readiness.
- Identify delivery risks, security requirements, technical dependencies, vulnerabilities, obsolescence concerns, and operational risks.
- Improve delivery processes, Jira practices, reporting, automation, and lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience accepted.
- Experience in solution consulting, delivery leadership, business analysis, product delivery, program coordination, or a related technology role.
- Experience coordinating work across Product Owners and Technical Leads.
- Experience managing priorities, dependencies, risks, delivery plans, and outcomes.
- Strong ability to translate business objectives into clear solution and delivery expectations.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on Jira experience.
- Experience working in Agile and Kanban environments.
- Experience using delivery metrics, including throughput, cycle time, velocity, work-item aging, blocked time, and work in progress.
