- Organization Skills and Budgeting capabilities to coordinate resources, support cost control, and assist with schedule management.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Experience supervising field crews and subcontractors on medium to large construction projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with project teams, clients, and inspectors.
- Proficiency with basic construction software, mobile field applications, and standard office tools.
- Relevant experience in civil construction; prior work on railroad or federal projects is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and to meet the physical demands of an active construction site.
