Airport Operation Manager
About the Role
Civil Technology, Inc. (CTI) is seeking a highly capable ORAT Team project manager.
Experience and Skills
- Experience in airline/airport operations, large scale event planning, or organizational development
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination with multiple entities such as airlines, airport authorities, government agencies, and contractors
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in training development, operational trials, or simulation exercises to test readiness prior to facility openings
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist DEN Project Managers with general questions and feedback related to operational readiness and project coordination practices.
- Support DEN project sponsors and stakeholders in documenting their expectations throughout the project duration.
- Establish regular meetings with stakeholders in accordance to the DEN ORAT governance structure.
- Coordinate project activities in conjunction with multiple Project Mangers to align activities and tasks from overlapping projects.
- Develop and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
- Site visits and observations to support the above.
- Other duties as assigned
Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
