Location: Fayetteville, GA
Civil Site Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in construction surveying and site layout who can help ensure projects are built accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform construction staking and site layout for civil construction projects
- Establish and verify grades, elevations, and project control points
- Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Operate surveying equipment, including GPS and robotic total stations
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and field crews
- Maintain accurate survey records and documentation
- Verify completed work meets project specifications and design requirements
Requirements
- Previous surveying experience in heavy civil construction, site development, or related fields is required
- Proficiency with surveying equipment and construction layout procedures
- Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States and provide required documentation
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
