Civil Site Services, LLC is seeking experienced Pipe Foremen and Pipe Layers to join our growing team. We are looking for hardworking professionals with a strong background in underground utility installation and site development who take pride in quality work and jobsite safety.
Pipe Foreman
- Lead and supervise pipe crews on civil construction projects
- Coordinate daily work activities and ensure project goals are met
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and grade stakes
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Communicate effectively with project management and field personnel
Pipe Layer
- Install storm, sewer, and water utility systems
- Set pipe to grade and ensure proper alignment
- Assist with trench preparation, backfilling, and compaction
- Work safely around heavy equipment and excavation operations
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Previous experience in the related field is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor construction environment
- Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States and provide required documentation
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
